It was fun to see Charlie Cox back as Daredevil in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. This is just the beginning as he is getting his own series with Daredevil: Born Again. I am a huge fan of the Netflix Daredevil series. That show was completely badass in every way, and I’ve been hoping that gritty badassery will carry over to Born Again.

During a recent interview with GQ, Cox talked a little bit about what he would like to see in the upcoming Daredevil series and shared some things he’d like to see that they weren’t able to do in the Netflix series. He specifically points out that he wants there to be more acrobatics.

"Hopefully, on the Disney Plus show, Born Again, we will be able to use – and I hope that we do it sparingly, I believe it should be used sparingly – but we'll hopefully be able to use a tiny bit more CGI in the action sequences. Just to emphasize his gymnastic abilities that have been basically impossible to do.”

Sure! I’d love to see some scenes emphasize his gymnastic abilities, I’d just rather them not use CG to pull it off. No matter how good CG is these days, doing these types of stunts practically looks so much better than CG, but Marvel’s gonna do what they’re gonna do. I’m pretty confident that we will see these tweaks made in Born Again, and that we’ll see Daredevil show off his acrobatic abilities.

Cox went on to explain why we would like to see this in the new series, saying, "These little moments would elevate scenes and be something that makes the show even more recognizable to the comics.”

Daredevil: Born Again will reunite Charlie Cox’s Daredevil with Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin, which is going to be a lot of fun to see! I also hope that we see some other familiar faces! The series will consist of 18 episodes, and it will be released on Disney+ in Spring 2024.
