Earlier this week, the tragic news broke that Power Rangers star Jason David Frank died by suicide. It was a rough day for a lot of fans. But, as a way to honor and celebrate the life of Frank and his contributions to Power Rangers, Hasbro has released a tribute video that includes footage of Frank in the franchise over the years.
The video came with the following note:
Ranger Nation, we mourn together. Today, we celebrate the heart, strength, and raw talent that Jason David Frank brought to Power Rangers as Tommy Oliver. We’re inspired by all of the beautiful tributes to JDF that have been shared over the last few days. He was truly a legend among us and we will miss him. May the Power protect him, always.
