The Razzie Awards has announced the winners of the worst films and performances of 2022. Ana de Armas’s Netflix film Blonde took home the top prize of Worst Picture, which the Razzies call “misogynistic, salacious and fallacious” and they also say it “shamelessly exploits the memory of the late Marilyn Monroe.” B
Jared Leto picked up the Worst Actor Award for Morbius, and Tom Hanks landed Worst Supporting Actor for Elvis. Razzie organizers said Hanks, “who’s spent his career stretching his acting capabilities to great success, went a bridge too far with his version of Col. Tom Parker in the otherwise excellent biopic, Elvis.”
The Razzies also even awarded themselves an award for Worst Actress after their tasteless choice to include 12-year-old Firestarter actress Ryan Kiera Armstrong in their nominee for the category.
