Here’s another retro movie trailer for you to watch for the 1983 cult film Warrior of the Lost World, which is an Italian post-apocalyptic sci-fi film and it was written and directed by David Worth.
In the story, a nomad mercenary on a high-tech motorcycle helps bring about the downfall of the evil Orwellian government, the Omega.
The movie was first released in Italy under the title Giustiziere della terra perduta (The Executioner of the Lost Earth). As you’ll see, the movie was made when Mad Max exploded in theaters.
Later, when the movie was released on VHS and the TV markets it was given another Italian title for VHS and television markets, I predatori dell'anno Omega (Raiders of the Omega year). The title in America was Warrior of the Lost World as well as Mad Rider.
